Andy Sanborn

Andy Sanborn, a former New Hampshire State Senator, is currently facing significant legal action regarding pandemic relief fraud. In May 2026, he announced an intent to plead guilty in federal court to theft of government funds. He admitted to misappropriating over $255,000 from an $844,000 Small Business Administration loan intended for his business, Win Win Win, by purchasing luxury vehicles including a Porsche and a Ferrari. Sanborn also faces pending state-level charges of theft by deception and unauthorized taking for allegedly misrepresenting receipts to secure $188,474 in state grants. In 2018, he was investigated for allegedly providing cash and a job to an intern following an inappropriate comment; the Attorney General cleared him, finding no credible evidence of a quid pro quo.
