There are no reports of criminal charges, indictments, or convictions against Donald W. Norcross.
While his brothers, George E. Norcross III and Philip A. Norcross, were named in a 2024 indictment alleging a racketeering enterprise in Camden, New Jersey, Donald Norcross is not a defendant in that case. In response to the indictment, he stated that he loves his brothers and believes they will have the opportunity to defend themselves in court.
Separately, in June 2021, an unidentified individual shouted "racist!" during a virtual House committee meeting while Norcross's name was visible on the screen, leading some to attribute the remark to him. He did not publicly address the incident.
