Duke Rodriguez, a Republican gubernatorial candidate and CEO of Ultra Health, has faced several documented controversies. In 2020, a Scottsdale, Arizona, judge granted a one-year order of protection against Rodriguez following a sexual harassment complaint filed by a former subordinate, who also accused him of coercing sexual favors for pay. Rodriguez’s request for a reciprocal order was denied by the judge due to a lack of evidence. Additionally, Rodriguez has faced multiple legal challenges regarding New Mexico's constitutional residency requirement for governor, stemming from his history of voting in Arizona elections between 2002 and 2024.
