Ken Paxton

Ken Paxton, the Texas Attorney General, has a lengthy history of legal and political controversies spanning nearly two decades. His most notable scandals include multiple criminal indictments, impeachment proceedings, and allegations of financial misconduct. In 2015, Paxton was indicted on two counts of first-degree securities fraud and a lesser charge of failing to register with state securities regulators, related to misrepresentations to investors in Servergy Inc.
