Kenyan McDuffie

There are no reports of Kenyan McDuffie being charged with, indicted for, or convicted of crimes, nor has he been found liable for fraud, bribery, or financial misconduct. McDuffie voted for a $215 million no-bid deal with Intralot, which included his cousin, Keith McDuffie, as a subcontractor receiving $3 million. McDuffie denied knowledge of his cousin's involvement and defended the vote as serving the District's best interests.
