Richard Bagsby

Richard Bagsby’s public record includes a history of criminal charges and civil litigation, which he acknowledges and discusses in his memoir. In 2004, he faced felony charges for possession and distribution of cocaine and marijuana in Oklahoma, resulting in a deferred sentence that was expunged in 2020. In 2008, he pleaded guilty in Indiana to dealing cocaine, possession of cocaine, resisting law enforcement, and maintaining a common nuisance, for which he served approximately 30 months in prison; this record was expunged in 2018. Bagsby has faced multiple civil judgments against him and his construction business, B Squared Construction Service, primarily for unpaid bills, breach of contract, and evictions.
