FTX founder SBF convicted on 7 fraud counts

Former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried was convicted in November 2023 on seven counts including wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering, and sentenced to 25 years in March 2024. FTX's collapse wiped out ~$8B in customer funds.
